Who we are
This website belongs to The Groomer, the personal grooming brand of Kalan LéKeif Burnett, with a Greenville home base inside Obsidian Barber Lounge, 2404 Stonewall St, Greenville, TX 75401. Questions about this policy: call (713) 539-8329.
What we collect
When you send a request form (membership, private grooming or the mobile barbershop waitlist), we receive what you type into it: usually your name, phone number, email address, preferred market and any message you add.
We do not ask for payment details on this website.
How we use it
We use your details only to answer your request: to confirm a membership, arrange a private appointment or tell you when the mobile barbershop launches. We do not sell your information or share it for other companies’ marketing.
Booking
Appointments are booked through Square, a separate booking service. When you book, the details you enter there are handled by Square under Square’s own privacy policy.
Website data
Like most websites, our hosting provider may record basic technical information such as your browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site running and secure. If we add website analytics, it will be used to understand which pages help visitors, not to identify you.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete the details you sent through a form at any time by calling (713) 539-8329.
Changes
We may update this policy as the website changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
